Good evening Mr Marcovits!
ReplyDeleteAs your financial manager I should inform you about deterioration of financial situation of IMB company. Unfortunately because of cost sharp increase we had to fire 10 workers from representative office in Magdeburg, Germany. We can avoid the fire of 5 workers but for that we need diminish the costs for representatives office services. for example we can decline from delivery of fresh flowers and substitute it to artificial flowers, and replace every year bonus trips in Egypt into some more cheaper trips for Example in Crimea. I'm really sorry that we are faced with this complication but we should quickly respond to changes to save jobs. I also propose to you look again in our balance of payment and last financial report to see costs groups which we can lessen.
Best regards, Mr. Donats.
Dear Ms. Silvani,
ReplyDeleteGood morning, we are contacting you for inform you that our sales have dropped 40 percent in the last six months. So as you are probably aware, the recent smoking ban has had a profound impact on our business.Though we do not expect this to be a long-term concern for our business, we don't expect sales to return to normal until the summer when our patio opens for the tourist season.
Due to the loss in business we regret to inform you that we are laying-off all of our hosts and hostesses for the winter and spring. With business being so slow our servers can handle the task of greeting and seating customers on their own.
You are entitled to two week's severance pay, which will be paid in full on your next paycheck. Please come in for any scheduled shifts next week.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication at Pino's Company. Please apply again for our next summer season.
Sincerely, Mr. Bellini

ReplyDeleteMr. Jackson,
ReplyDeleteYou have been a member of our team since 2008. All that had being done during this 5 years is great job.
Because of economic downturn we have not renewed contract with our main partners for the next year. That will cause reduction of expenses including staff expenses. so our need is reducing our staff.
We are working hard to get over this situation. so the best we can offer is to take a unpaid leave for a couple months. we sincerely regret about this. hope we can reestablish our relationship and you will get back to work before long.
Sincerely,
Owen Beangum
