In the class me and Alexandra Kirichek created our self definition of interactive communication. so it's act of giving and getting information by speaking, writing or using some other medium, connection a big amount of ideas and propositions while they are working together for the special purpose. my opinion is that the interactive communication is the base for successful communication between partners and development of effective business ideas. how it's can help? well, a connect of different way of vision is the better way to understand and to adjusted to someone from other culture.
I understand the term interactive communications as 'real time' exchange of information over a transmission medium, such as during a telephone conversation, video conferencing, or internet relay chat sessions, it is also the process of sharing information i.e in the form of a message referred to as the coder such as speaking which is recieved and interpreted via decoder through a medium which is used to convey the message.Interactive communication is very convenient, informative and instructive but its major plus is that Interactive communications help us to save our time and money! Because in order to speak with your foreign partner,you have to go to his country or to meet him at your country. So we have to make some costs and time, which we could direct the development of business!

Interactive communication is developed with the advent of new technologies such as computers, the Internet, television, radio communications. Also to interactive dialogue include non-verbal form of communication, social networking, sharing of photos and videos, etc. I believe that interactive communication is a great way of communication and it helps us in communicating with foreign partners and make our bisiness-ideas successful and effective.

Interactive Communication is an involving and active exchange of the information between 2+ members who participate actively in creating a common decision about the topic of their interaction, such communication is claimed to be the most effective way of conversation. IC may be performed by using verbal/text/digital/non-verbal/visual/audial/coded, etc. means of coomunication. nowadays, IC is strongly enhanced with the rapid development of intercultural exchange and advanced digital technologies implementation in real life, that leads to the decision making time shortenning.
The gist of definition of such term as interactive communication is two way flow of information. It means that every participant of this communication has an equal roles and effect on each other. It doesn't matter what kind of instrument we are using during communication (verbal or nonverbal, multimedia or eyes to eyes conversations), it cann't be a monologue. Today this term is credited with computers and Internet due to appearance of new information technologies, which allow to have a dialogue with electronic devices. But the gist doesn't change: IC is action of one and retaliatory action of other (exchange of information here). This form of communication has the biggest effectiveness becaus of exclusion that some of participants doesn't take part in conversation. It help to perfect ideas of someone by common effort.
